1 BILL NO - reference number for bills generated.

2 DUE DATE - the latest possible date when payment can be made without incurring collection charge. Due date is 15 days after billing date.

3 CONCESSIONAIRE INFORMATION
      Account ID - unique identification assigned to a concessionaire
      Concessionaire - name of customer stated in the water service contract
      Billing Address - address of concessionaire where water connection is installed & bill is delivered

4 READING
      Meter ID - unique identification of a meter
      Current - present month's meter reading
      Previous - last month's meter reading
      Consumption - water usage in cubic meters

5 PREVIOUS BALANCE - difference between the amount due and the actual payment received. If positive, the balance will be added to current balance. If negative, the balance will be deducted from current balance.

6 CHARGES
   Basic Charges :
      Water Fees - total cost of water consumed in one billing period
      Power Cost Adjustment - rate adjustment which is based on the power supply costs that are caused by the fluctuations in the price of fuel or purchased energy

7 TOTAL AMOUNT DUE - total current charges including the balance from previous charges
