CCWD offers the following services :

• Voluntary Disconnection - cutting water connection/shutting off water supply upon the concessionaire's request.


• Meter Testing - determining the accuracy of a water meter.


• Water Testing - determining the potability of water.


• Elevation - raising of water meters that are too low.


• Relocation - transferring water meter to an accessible location if its current location causes obstruction or difficulty in meter reading.


• Re-Arrangement - aligning the water meter according to CCWD standards.


• Repair of Service Line Leak - fixing leaking pipelines immediately before or after the concessionaire's water meter.


• Change Meter - replacing an old or defective meter with a new one.
